Media accreditation request

ACCREDITATION AGREEMENT — LA GRANDE MASTERCLASS™ 2026 LGM Production — Nice, 20, 21 and 22 November 2026 1. PRIVATE EVENT AND ACCESS La Grande Masterclass™ is a private event. Every accreditation request is subject to the express approval of LGM Production. Submitting the form and receiving an acknowledgement do not constitute accreditation or authorization to enter. 2. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION Photographers, videographers and journalists agree to follow LGM Production's instructions, authorized areas and schedules, and to respect the classes and the rights of participants and artists. LGM may restrict or stop photography, filming and interviews for organizational reasons or to respect individuals. 3. PHOTOGRAPHS AND VIDEOS Photography and filming are subject to authorization and supervision. Accredited photographers and videographers agree to provide LGM Production with all photographs and videos produced as part of their accreditation, in a usable format and according to delivery arrangements agreed with LGM. 4. USAGE RIGHTS Creators retain the rights to their works. Subject to image rights, permissions from the individuals concerned and third-party rights, they grant LGM Production a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use the materials supplied for non-commercial communications and promotion of the event and the association's activities, crediting the creator wherever reasonably practicable. This licence does not automatically authorize use of the images or performances of artists or participants. 5. PUBLICATIONS AND ATTRIBUTION Every publication of images resulting from the accreditation, including commercial publications, must identify their source as “La Grande Masterclass™”. Sales and commercial exploitation remain subject to all applicable rights and authorizations; this agreement alone does not authorize them. 6. JOURNALISTS AND INTERVIEWS Interviews are organized subject to artists' availability, in agreement with LGM Production, particularly in the areas designated for that purpose. Journalists retain editorial independence; this agreement does not require articles to be submitted for prior editorial approval. Any photographs or videos made by a journalist remain subject to the photography, filming and rights provisions above. 7. ACCEPTANCE AND APPROVAL The applicant confirms having read and accepted this agreement. Evidence of acceptance (date, version, text fingerprint and limited technical data) is retained to document that acceptance. LGM Production reserves the final accreditation decision and will separately communicate any authorization granted.
